Beecher LIONS Farmers Market INFO

We are excited to invite you to join our 2025 market season! 

What you need to know:

The market runs 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. 

(Locations vary, most will be at Beecher Police Station. Some locations will coincide with other big events. All are prime locations. More information will be provided soon.)

We accept traditional farmers' market vendors who sell locally grown produce, handmade crafts, artisanal foods, craftsmen, and more. We use our discretion regarding each vendor and can deny any vendor applicant.

This is a list of items you are required to have for each market (unless you are a food truck)

1. A 10x10 canopy

2. Canopy weights 

3. Tables/coverings, chairs

4. Signage

5. Generator if you need electricity

6. Food vendors MUST comply with all Will County Health Department guidelines (Permits, inspections, etc.)

The market hours are 9am to 1pm. Set up begins at 7am and you must stay until close, unless there is an emergency. 

There is a $360 new vendor fee for the market season. That is for 7 markets. The fee is non-refundable and is considered a donation to the Lions Club, even in cases where the market is cancelled due to weather conditions. 

We advertise the upcoming Farmers Markets, and our vendors are promoted on our social media account. Additionally, the market may be advertised by other means as well. We expect each vendor to share information about the market.
